She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil, County, Dependency & Family Mediator. She is also a licensed Professional Guardian by the Department of Elder Affairs at the Office of Public and Professional Guardians.

Conveniently situated in Palm Beach, Collier, and Lee County, Oksana is available via Zoom throughout the state. She graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Ave Maria Law and has her own private legal and professional guardianship practice in Florida. Oksana is currently pursuing her PhD in Conflict Resolution at Nova Southeastern University.

Oksana is fascinated by how we address conflict. Oksana understands how important it is to work through cultural differences at the early stages of a dispute.
Conflict exists in any field and at any level of our lives, which is why we are rarely prepared to address it correctly. This can lead to significant emotional and financial burdens for lengthy periods of time.
Whether it be a breach of contract, an insurance claim, divorce and/or property division, or child custody, Oksana is here to accompany you through the process and help to get the best deal with the least amount of stress.
Based on her extensive experience in the field of conflict resolution and mediation, Oksana believes that the client is the owner and decision maker of their claim and only they can decide whether to settle or not. While settlement is always a better deal than a legal procedure, it's ultimately her client's decision whether to settle or not.

Oksana B. Dognon was born in Ukraine and raised in France and is fascinated by opera. She had an opportunity to learn and practice Italian while spending several summers in Italy and was an active member of the Italian Cultural Center in Paris, France for over a decade.
She is here to address her Russian, French, English, Italian, and Ukrainian speaking client's needs.
Oksana’s family lived in Egypt for several years and she has an extensive knowledge of Egyptian culture. She welcomes her Egyptian clients to contact her with their needs.
